S. Kyle Agee
Associate
Kyle Agee joined the law firm of James C. Hardin III, PLLC in 2008 as an associate. His practice focuses in the areas of taxation, business succession planning, asset protection, estate planning, probate, trusts and non profit, tax-exempt organizations. As a former law clerk with the South Carolina Department of Revenue, he gained experience in tax litigation, corporate law, and South Carolina property tax law. Mr. Agee was a Professor of Naval Engineering at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina and spent a semester at the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in London, England. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Agee earned his Masters of Laws in Taxation from The University of Florida.
